At JetClean, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our liquid cleaning products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

A return may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Important: Please record a clear parcel-opening video from the moment you begin opening the package. In case you receive a damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect product, this unedited video will be required to process your complaint, replacement, or refund request. Claims submitted without a parcel-opening video may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our mistake.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used liquid products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
